When will I receive my items?
Packages are usually packed and sent the day after you order and our couriers usually take 2 workings days to deliver.
An item I recieved is missing/ damaged/ past best before date
While all care will be taken to ensure your parcel arrives safely, accidents can happen. Please contact us is there is any problems with your order.
Have your items got a long shelf life?
We aim to dispatch all items with a resonable shelf life.
I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
We aim to dispatch parcels on the following day after they have been ordered. Please contact us asap if you want to cancel an order, after the order has been sent there is not much we can do to cancel.
I have ordered an item, but you have run out of stock.
While we try to keep track of inventory, having two physical shops may mean that some items will be sold out but still be listed online.
In these cases we will always contact you the customer to arrange an alternative or refund for the item(s)
How much is it for postage?
Postage is determined by cart value.
Can I order things like bulky things like 10kg sacks of rice from your shop to be delivered?
Unfortunately we only dispatch items listed on our website.
Do you deliver locally?
We encourage locals to visit one of our shops to see our full range of products.
