When will I receive my items?

Packages are usually packed and sent the day after you order and our couriers usually take 2 workings days to deliver. If you haven't recieved your parcel after a week please contact us.

An item I recieved is missing/ damaged/ past best before date

While all care will be taken to ensure your parcel arrives safely, accidents can happen. Please contact us is there is any problems with your order.

Have your items got a long shelf life?

We aim to dispatch all items with a resonable shelf life. As a guide, we aim to dispatch items with at least 2 weeks before their best before date. Items with a shorter shelf life will usually be featured on the home page.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

We aim to dispatch parcels on the following day after they have been ordered. Please contact us asap if you want to cancel an order, after the order has been sent there is not much we can do to cancel.

I have ordered an item, but you have run out of stock.

While we try to keep track of inventory, having two physical shops may mean that some items will be sold out but still be listed online.
In these cases we will always contact you the customer to arrange an alternative or refund for the item(s)

How much is it for postage?

Postage is determined by cart value. For smaller size orders up to £10.00 we charged £3.50 postage cost. For medium size orders between £10.00 - £65.00 we charge £4.99 postage cost. For large orders over £65.00 there is no additional charge for delivery

Can I order things like soy sauce or rice from your shop to be delivered?

Unfortunately we only dispatch items listed on our website. We are gradually including some items that may be harder to find in your local supermarket but we will be focusing on snacks, drinks and instant noodles.
