What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept unopened goods brought within 14 days with accompanying receipt.
Unfortunately due to food safety concerns, we are unable to accept chilled for frozen goods unless a fault is present.
Do you offer gift cards?
Unfortunately we do not offer gift cards
What are the payment options?
We accept cash, card or Alipay 支付宝 as forms of payment.
We have partnered with Alipay and payment is made in UK pound sterling then calculated at the daily exchange rate for RMB meaning there is no merchant commission when paying with Alipay.
Please note, we have a minimum spend of £3.00 for card payments.
What are your opening times?
Both shops have slightly different opening hours. The opening hours are follows:
WINTON
Monday - Saturday 10:00 till 18:00
Sunday 11:00 till 17:00
LANSDOWNE
Monday - Friday 12:00 till 19:00
Saturday 12:00 till 18:00
Sunday Closed
Do you do deliveries?
Unfortunately we no longer provide a delivery service.
When are your fresh products delivered?
Our main delivery for fresh vegetables arrives Tuesday afternoon usually around 3pm. We have a second delivery towards the end of the week to top up our veggies on Thursday/Friday.
